Pyrography

I wanted to try my hand at burning a likeness of the Virgin Mary. This one is really Christmas ornament size. But I put it on a longer leather cord so it could be worn around the neck. It's really too large for a pendant...but I'm happy with the artwork.

December 2016 My oldest son is very in touch with his Viking/Swedish heritage, so I know he appreciates anything reflecting that culture. This was my Christmas present for him in 2016.
