About Tracy Partridge-Johnson
I’ve spent most of my life at the intersection of the practical and the magical — I was born in Salem, after all.
I’m an author of more than 30 books, and somehow, they don’t all live on the same shelf. On one side, you’ll find sweeping fantasy worlds — cursed Norse warriors, orphaned siblings chasing a stolen legacy, and a tea and tarot shop where the heirlooms seem to know more than they should.
On the other, you’ll find something entirely different: practical, no-nonsense books about health and wellness. I write them for people who are tired of the noise and just want useful information they can actually put into practice.
Both come from the same place in me.
I’ve always believed the ordinary world is quietly extraordinary. A good plot twist can land like a truth you already half-knew. And discovering something that genuinely makes life better can feel a little like magic simply because it works.
A More Extraordinary Life
These days, I’m interested in one question more than ever:
What helps us create a healthier, happier, more extraordinary life — especially in midlife and beyond?
That’s what this website is really about.
You’ll find plenty of wellness here because I’ve been fascinated by health, nutrition, natural living, and longevity for decades. But wellness is only part of a life well lived.
We’ll also talk about beauty and fashion, because getting older doesn’t mean becoming invisible. We’ll explore food and recipes, because what happens in the kitchen matters enormously to both health and pleasure.
You’ll find books and stories, because I can’t imagine my life without them. Art and creativity belong here because making things has always been part of who I am. We’ll venture into spirituality and a little everyday magic, too, because I believe there’s more to this life than what we can measure.
And we’ll talk about home and family, because ultimately, that’s where so much of real life happens.
Things Worth Sharing
You’ll also find things I genuinely use, enjoy or think are worth knowing about. That might mean books and beauty products, wellness discoveries, kitchen finds, or other little things that can make everyday life better.
Some of those recommendations may include affiliate links. If you purchase through them, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. But I share them because they fit the life I’m actually living and the things I’m genuinely interested in sharing.
Author, Artist & Lifelong Creator
I’ve also spent years working with other independent authors. Along the way, I’ve helped more than 200 writers navigate the sometimes-baffling process of publishing, formatting and marketing their own books.
And when I’m not writing, I’m usually creating something — artwork, photography, designs, recipes, or whatever new idea has managed to capture my attention.
Pull Up a Chair
So if you’ve found your way here, pull up a chair.
There’s a lot to explore. Maybe you’ll discover a healthier way of doing something or find your next favorite book. Maybe you’ll try a new recipe, fall in love with a lipstick or sweater, make something beautiful, or simply encounter an idea that makes your own life a little more extraordinary.
I’m glad you’re here. Stay awhile.
With love and light,
Tracy
