I’ve spent decades exploring health and natural living, written more than 30 books, helped hundreds of independent authors bring their own books into the world, and rarely met a creative rabbit hole I wasn’t willing to follow.
These days, I’m especially interested in what makes life better as we get older — stronger bodies, curious minds, meaningful relationships, creativity, beauty, good food, good stories, and plenty of things that simply make us happy.
